This video is a 40-minute, high-intensity guided session. I don't spend time talking; I lead the way, providing surgical tips on body alignment while we execute the movements together.

How to Use this Protocol:

  • On Busy Days: Use it as your primary training session to keep your hips open and your "snap" alive.
  • On Training Days: Integrate specific phases into your regular dōjō warm-up or post-session recovery.
  • For Longevity: Execute it daily (or near-daily) to reverse the stiffness of modern life.

The 5 Phases of the Protocol:

  1. General Mobilization: Awakening the primary joints.
  2. Targeted Warm-up: Preparing the hips, hamstrings, spine, and ankles for deep work.
  3. Active Stretching: Dynamic movements to build functional range.
  4. Static-Active Hybrid: The core work for "Kicking Mastery"—stretching the specific muscles required for high kicks while maintaining muscle engagement.
  5. Resonance Breathing & Meditation: A 2-minute neurological reset to integrate the practice.

⚠️ Intensity & Adaptation

This protocol is Tokyo-Grade. It is intense and demanding. Do not expect to master every movement on day one.

Listen to your body: It is better to do 50% of the routine with perfect control than 100% with force.

  • Adapt: Feel free to reduce repetitions, take pauses, or skip the most advanced drills initially. I provide modifications in the video for the most demanding positions.
